15 Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp gurgling water
  • 2 1/2 tsp gelatine powder
  • 250g cream cheddar, at room temperature, divided
  • 2 tbsp powdered stevia
  • 80ml (1/3 cup) strong espresso coffee, cooled
  • 1 tsp vanilla concentrate
  • 300ml thickened cream, whipped, notwithstanding extra, whipped, to serve
  • Coffee beans, to serve (optional)
  • Cacao powder, to clean
  • Base
  • 100g (1 cup) pecans
  • 130g (1 1/4 cups) almond supper
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 tbsp powdered stevia
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp unsalted spread, mellowed

5 Method Steps:

Stage 1

Preheat oven to 180C/160C fan obliged. Line a 16 x 26cm cut dish with baking paper, allowing the paper to overhang the 2 long sides.
